Reservation Procedures

The College Writing Program has eight conference rooms that faculty can reserve for student conferences, committee meetings, etc.

Faculty Conference Rooms

The conference rooms in the faculty office suite, Mallinckrodt 134, can be reserved using the form at the bottom of this page. These spaces must be reserved by 4:00pm on the Friday of the week before the reservation. Each week's reservation schedule will be posted in the office suite on Monday. Reservation requests are processed in order of receipt.

When a conference room is not reserved, it may be used on a first come, first serve basis. In an effort to ensure a private space is available should a student stop by to discuss a sensitive topic, conference room #4 (Mallinckrodt 134E) cannot be reserved.

Shared Spaces

The program conference room in Umrath Hall and shared conference rooms in Mallinckrodt must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. These spaces are shared with other departments and the availability is not published online. Faculty can email collegewriting@wustl.edu to request reservations for these spaces.

Reservation Request Form

This form is only for the conference rooms in the faculty office suite, Mallinckrodt 134. Faculty can email collegewriting@wustl.edu to request reservations for the program and shared conference rooms. You will be notified if the room you're requesting is no longer available. Alternate room/day/time preferences can be included as additional information.
